Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Touchline is a coaching board for iPad and Android tablets: pick two teams and their starting 11, then move players and draw on a pitch during a session. This policy covers the iPad and Android apps.
What we collect
Nothing. Touchline has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting and no servers of its own. The app doesn't connect to the internet at all, so nothing you put into it is sent to us or to anyone else.
What stays on your tablet
- Teams and players you add, including player names, shirt numbers, kit colors and leagues, are stored only inside the app on your tablet.
- Boards you open, with where the players stand and what you've drawn, save themselves on your tablet as you work.
- Settings you choose, and the formation you last used for each team, are saved on your tablet.
- Backups. On iPad, if you back up to iCloud or a computer, that backup includes Touchline's teams and boards, like any app's, and stays under your own account. On Android, Google's backup can include them in the same way, under your own Google account.
Links out of the app
Touchline's Settings link to this page, the support page and an email address for feedback. Opening one hands it to your browser or email app, which handles it under its own privacy policy.
Deleting your data
Delete teams, leagues and boards inside the app at any time. Deleting Touchline removes all of its data from your tablet. We don't keep a copy, so it can't be recovered afterwards unless you restore from a backup made before you deleted it.
Children
Touchline is made for coaches and is not directed at children. If you coach a youth team, the players' names you add stay on your tablet, as above.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
